Nutritional Advisor, Mindset Coach & Functional Health Practitioner

(training almost complete in Functional Health)

For years, I battled hormonal imbalances (including PCOS), IBS and stubborn skin conditions that contributed to chronic anxiety and depression. I know how it feels to be stuck.

Guided by accredited training from the College of Functional Wellness and recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), this work blends evidence-based health science with whole health, compassionate support.

Together we will work with your body, help you understand your body’s signals, balance your hormones naturally, restore calm and energy, and create a rhythm of living that supports your energy and joy.

I help busy women to

find relief from fatigue, burnout and overwhelm, and guide them in rebuilding energy, easing stress and feeling brighter again using gentle, science-based lifestyle support.
