For years, I battled hormonal imbalances (including PCOS), IBS and stubborn skin conditions that contributed to chronic anxiety and depression. I know how it feels to be stuck.

Guided by accredited training from the College of Functional Wellness and recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), this work blends evidence-based health science with whole health, compassionate support.
