Why you are struggling to master your mindset:
Your brain is excellent at keeping you alive, this is it's primary job!

Unfortunately our beloved brain does this by focusing on what could go wrong, seeking out any possible threats and dangers to keep you safe and because of this, it's programmed to default to the negative.

There's also the issue of your programming since birth, the beliefs that you have created and the lens through which you've decided to view the world, yourself and others. You have an inner narrative running where you've decided how things are, what is wrong and right, black and white, the truth etc. How you respond to events, situations and circumstances are based off these stories and beliefs.

"Where focus goes, energy flows".
You notice more of whatever you give attention to, focus on and choose to believe and it will feel like the universe is providing you with continuous evidence of these things and validating your beliefs. However, what's actually happening here is your brain is subconsciously tuning out all the parts you've deemed as unnecessary. The part of your brain responsible for this is the Reticular Activating System (RAS).

Unless we train our RAS on what to focus on, it will by it's natural evolutionary programming continue to look for evidence of your current thoughts, beliefs and perceptions in your day to day life.
Together we will positively re-wire your brain by addressing past conditioning, understanding how you formed these beliefs, re-write your story, train your brain to find the positives and use powerful mindset tools and techniques to create positive, sustainable habits that you can draw upon whenever you need.

Goal + intention setting + clarity. A look into who you
are, the person you identify as, your current situation
and for me to understand and get to know you better.
Looking back at your past, discovering where and how your beliefs were formed, understanding your inner child, re-writing your beliefs and the story you are telling yourself. Unearthing and releasing trauma, thoughts that no longer serve you and positive mindset shifts. This part is the longest and may vary depending on how long ago the belief was formed and how deeply you allow yourself to go.
Exploring the voice inside your head known as your inner critic, that tells you you are going to fail, that you're not good enough, that puts you down. Learn how to quieten that voice. Change your self perception, understand triggers, learn how to become more resilient and the art of detachment.
You'll learn how to alchemise fear and failure into power, positivity, direction and face both with courage. Forgiving yourself releases negativity energy and therefore creates more space inside of you helping you feel lighter and brighter.
Understanding how to raise your vibration by changing
your internal state from a negative to a positive one with gratitude, affirmations, pivoting, repetition and more. Here we will optimise the brains Neuroplasticity and build strong neurosynaptic connections meaning your positive state of mind will happen naturally and easily without you giving it much thought.

What you expose yourself to is absorbed both consciously and unconsciously therefore where you invest your energy, who you spend your time with, what you listen to, see, eat, smell, touch, right down to the products you use and the environment you are in, all have an effect on your wellbeing. Here we identify which things are serving you and which are not and help you create healthy boundaries to protect yourself
Here you strengthen your connection to the universe/god/source /the divine (pick whichever resonates) through guided meditation, powerful mindset shifts and practical advice. You'll cultivate a relationship with the universe and realise that life is happening for you and not to you, helping you to always feel guided, supported, loved and positive about life.
In the end, love always wins. This final week provides you with your own personalised happiness toolkit. We go back over everything you have learned and I give you your very own pivot package that you can refer to every time a negative thought or situation occurs. You'll have this on paper as well as in your head just in case you need that extra support.
